"Movement is the medicine of the soul. Every step we take brings us closer to healing."

ABOUT US

Let me introduce myself,

Valérie Daigle — yoga and conscious movement teacher for over 10 years.

Yoga entered my life as a true turning point, following a snowboarding accident that caused spinal cord compression. This pivotal moment led me to slow down, to feel, and above all, to relearn how to inhabit my body. Initially approached as a tool for physical rehabilitation, the practice quickly revealed itself to be a much broader path to healing—a gateway to profound inner transformation.

Driven by this need to understand, feel, and integrate, I immersed myself in the study of yoga as a science of life. My travels in India marked a significant turning point in my journey. There, at the heart of the roots of this ancient tradition, I experienced the devotional dimension of yoga—a practice that transcends movement to become an offering, a listening, and a presence to that which is greater than oneself.

It is through this experience, and the journey I have undertaken since my paralysis, that a profound devotion has taken root within me. A devotion to life, to the body, to this practice that has allowed me to rebuild myself, to reconnect, and to redefine myself.

With over 1000 hours of training and an ever-present curiosity, I continue to explore and deepen this boundless science. My teaching is both intuitive and grounded—guided by the energy of the moment, yet supported by a clear understanding of the body, breath, and the foundations of yoga.

I firmly believe that every practice is unique and must adapt to the individual experiencing it. Regardless of its form, yoga becomes a tool to support us through whatever we are going through—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Together, we create a space where movement, breath, and presence become allies, allowing us to return to ourselves with clarity and awareness.

The tools are infinite… and their true power lies in listening and understanding the moment.

TRAINING COURSES

Over the years, I have accumulated more than 1000 hours of yoga training, including several hours in India—the birthplace of this ancient practice. This journey reflects my deep commitment to an authentic, mindful, and constantly evolving yoga.

Each immersion, each journey, and each learning experience has allowed me to develop an approach that is both intuitive and structured, where movement, breath, and presence become true tools for transformation. Today, I offer yoga classes in Mont-Tremblant and the Laurentians, designed to support the body, calm the mind, and reconnect with what truly matters.

In 2025, I will continue this path with further training in Bali, renowned for the richness of its spiritual and holistic teachings. These experiences will enrich my teaching and allow me to offer even more personalized, profound sessions, aligned with each individual's needs.

Whether you are looking for beginner yoga classes, therapeutic yoga, private sessions or a more advanced practice, my intention is to offer you a space where you can relax, breathe and evolve at your own pace.

I firmly believe that yoga is not limited to a physical practice. It is a powerful tool for cultivating well-being, vitality, stress management, and a lasting connection to oneself.
